International Cultural Youth Exchange Volunteers Visit AHI

Action Health Incorporated (AHI) on February 25, 2009 played host to members of the International Cultural Youth Exchange (ICYE). They were received on arrival by the Executive Director, AHI, Mrs. Nike Esiet who welcomed them to the organization and were later taken round the facilities. The field trip was basically undertaken to familiarize the team with AHI activities which are geared towards the promotion of adolescent health and development.

The ICYE is a nonprofit organization whose mandate is to facilitate respectful and open interactions between people from different cultural backgrounds and promoting cooperation and a fruitful exchange between volunteers coming from both, the northern and the southern hemisphere.
