Two Hundred Anti-Smoking Ambassadors Trained

Action Health Incorporated organized a 3-day Peer Education Training on “Youth Smoking Prevention” for 200 young people and 10 coordinating teachers from 22nd -27th February 2010 (two batches of 100 per batch). Training focused on providing factual information on the effects of cigarette smoking no young people. Overall evaluation of the training revealed immense increase as well as improvement in disposition towards reducing underage smoking among young people.
