| In continuation
of the good working relationship existing between AHI
and the Ford Foundation, the Senior Vice President,
Mr. Barry D. Gaberman and the Deputy Vice President,
Mr. David Chiel on June 7, 2006 paid a courtesy visit
to AHI.
Accompanied on the visit were the Ford Foundation Representative
for West Africa, Dr. Adhiambo Odaga and the Senior Programme
Officer, Dr. Babatunde Ahonsi.
The visit afforded the “August visitors”
the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the activities
at the AHI Youth Centre as they were taken round the
various units of the organisation.
At the end of the tour, a meeting with the management
of the organization was held.
