Growing Up is a newsletter written for young people by young people. It is published quarterly and addresses the numerous challenges that young people face during adolescence. Each issue focuses on a specific challenge and provides information that helps to meet this challenge. Many of the articles in Growing Up are personal stories, statements of opinion and poems; written in language young people understand and attractively illustrated with photos and line drawings.
