1. Background
SoftLife247 (www.softlife247.com) is a digital learning platform providing Nigerian adolescents and young people (ages 10–24) with Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) content.
AHI seeks an Animator to turn approved content briefs into animated and interactive assets that make the platform more engaging for young users.
2. Objective
To storyboard and produce animated explainer content, motion graphics, and interactive/branching-scenario visual assets based on content briefs supplied for integration into the softlife247.com platform.
3. Scope of Work
- Turn approved content briefs/scripts into storyboards for animated and interactive sequences.
- Produce animated explainer videos and motion graphics for priority modules.
- Design visual/interactive assets to convert “Test Your Knowledge” sections into branching-scenario and dialogue-builder exercises.
- Produce feedback/answer-explanation graphics for the quiz engine.
- Deliver a style guide and editable source files for future use.
4. Key Deliverables and Timeline
Estimated duration: 3 weeks from contract signature, starting once initial content briefs are available.

5. Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in animation, motion graphics, or multimedia production, with a portfolio.
- Experience with youth, e-learning or health-education content is an advantage.
- Proficiency in relevant tools (e.g. After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and ability to deliver web-ready files.
- Applicants residing in Nigeria are encouraged to apply.
- Young people (including young professionals and creatives) are encouraged to apply.
6. Submission Requirements
Interested firms/vendors must submit a single proposal package comprising the following,
- Brief proposal on understanding of the assignment and creative approach.
- Portfolio/samples (at least 2 comparable projects).
- Proposed workplan/timeline.
- Bidders must include a detailed costing breakdown

7. General Conditions

- AHI reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to reject all proposals at any time without incurring liability to the affected bidder(s).

- The selected vendor will be required to sign an AHI standard contract for services, incorporating AHI’s General Conditions of Contract, before commencement of work.
