The selected candidates will be appointed as Young Trainee Professional Staff in the Bank under a two (2)-year fixed term contract.

Action Health Incorporated's humanitarian efforts in Northeastern Nigeria have been recognized by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in Nigeria in the 2017 Nigerian Humanitarian Fund (NHF) Annual Report.

On May 3, 2018, Action Health Incorporated (AHI), in collaboration with the Ogun State Home Grown School Feeding Programme (HGSFP) and with the support of the MacArthur Foundation, held a high-level meeting to disseminate the results of the baseline survey conducted in four Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Ogun State to be monitored by AHI and officially launch the monitoring of the HGSFP in the four LGAs.

Educating Nigerian Girls in New Enterprises (ENGINE), a programme of the UK Department for International Development (DFID) implemented by Mercy Corps in partnership with Action Health Incorporated (AHI) in Lagos State, launched its second phase on March 13 at Sheraton Hotel Ikeja.

Ten young women with exceptional stories of change participated in “Women in Uniform: Leadership in Non-Traditional Fields,” an event organized by the Deputy High Commission of Canada and the Royal Canadian Navy at the Nigerian Naval Dockyard in Victoria Island to commemorate International Women’s Day 2018.

From February 12 to February 17, 2018 leadership and programme staff of Action Health Incorporated participated in the 8th Africa Conference on Sexual Health and Rights (ACSHR), held in Johannesburg, South Africa. This edition's theme was "Advancing Sexual and Reproductive Health for Women and Girls" with the hashtag #WomanUp2018.

Nigeria has the highest absolute number of cases of Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) in the world, accounting for about one-quarter of the estimated 115–130 million circumcised women worldwide. The Teenage Festival of Life 2017 will provide an opportunity for young people to be adequately informed about issues of FGM in Nigeria, with a view to enlisting them as critical stakeholders in efforts to end FGM.

In other to engage and build the capacity of young people on Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH), life and livelihood skills, Action Health Incorporated organized a three weeks Summer Programme for young people between the ages of 10-19 from 31st July to 18th August, 2017.

In promoting access of young people to Sexual and Reproductive Health Information and Services, Action Health Incorporated (AHI) with support from Champions for Change (C4C) organized a 2 day free Adolescent Youth Friendly Health Service Provision outreach for young people aged 10 – 24 in Ilaje Bariga and Iwaya Yaba Lagos.

Action Health Incorporated (AHI) with support from the United Nations Population Funds (UNFPA) held a two day meeting for key stakeholders in Oyo state to disseminate the simplified version of the Oyo State Violence against Women bill that prohibit violence against women in public and private life, harmful traditional practice.

As part of Action Health Incorporated (AHI) efforts to close the knowledge gap and increase access of young people to sexual and reproductive health information and services, various clinic health days/ health sessions were held at AHI Youth Friendly Health Center.
