We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for youth advocates in Nigeria to participate in the upcoming 2014 3rd Global Youth Meet (GYM) in India. There will be a full scholarship (all expense-paid) for one youth advocate and two partial scholarships for two others.

About the event:
The 3rd Global Youth Meeth (GYM) on Youth, Health and Development will take place between November 19 to 21 2014 in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh India. Participants will meet to discuss changing youth health priorities in wake of the global sustainable development agenda. GYM 2014 aims to empower youth with leadership and advocacy skills which will enable them to identify and address global helth concerns like non-communicable diseases (NCDS) in the context of the post 2015 development agenda. The first GYM was hosted in 2006 in Delhi and Agra India. This year’s event, organized by HRIDAY India is expected to host over 300 youths from 35 countries and 15 states.
